Account and cart
We use your email address to deliver sign-in codes and identify your optional account. The account stores your cart selection and the product options you explicitly save for later, separately from the cart. Favourites do not activate browsing-history personalisation or marketing. Profile and delivery-address details are stored only when you save them. The requested account service is the purpose of this processing. You can browse and save a guest cart without creating an account. No payment-card data is collected and no commercial orders or payments are accepted at this stage.
Security
Cloudflare hosts the site and database. Brevo delivers requested sign-in emails. Technical request data, sessions and abuse-prevention counters protect access. Security processing is based on the legitimate interest in preventing unauthorised access and misuse. The account feature does not activate marketing emails.
Retention
Sign-in codes expire after five minutes and authenticated sessions and guest access expire after seven days. Expired codes and sessions are removed in bounded batches when further eligible sign-in requests arrive. Expiration prevents access immediately, even if removal has not yet run. Your account, saved selection and optional profile remain while you use the account or until you request their removal. You can remove individual favourites in My account. Security and delivery records are kept separately where needed to prevent repeated sends and investigate delivery failures. Requests for removal include reviewing these records and any applicable retention requirement.
Providers and international processing
Cloudflare and Brevo process data needed to provide these services. Processing is not promised to remain entirely inside the European Economic Area. The providers describe their data-processing terms and transfer safeguards in their published terms and privacy documentation. Product-image servers also receive technical requests needed to deliver images.
Your choices and rights
You can request access, correction, removal, restriction or portability of your personal data, and object where applicable, using [email protected]. Requests are assessed under the applicable law, including any retention duty. You can complain to the Portuguese data-protection authority, CNPD. No automated decision in this version approves an order or payment.
Help and messages
When you request assistance, we store your message, order reference where provided, replies and optional product photos. Access is limited to your account and authorised support administrators. Brevo sends service notifications to your verified account email. Do not send payment-card details, passwords or identity documents. Photos are resized and application metadata is removed before storage. General requests without an associated order become eligible for removal, in bounded batches, 90 days after closure. Open cases, legal holds and order-related records are preserved for resolving the case and reviewing applicable legal retention requirements. This feature does not authorise automated payments or refunds.

Catalogue and commercial relationships
The current catalogue originates from AliExpress exports. There is an affiliate relationship through which commissions may apply. Saving an item in the cart does not create an order. Sale terms and the responsible seller must be confirmed before payment.
